All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of our products and pricing, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or defective items

We stand behind the quality of everything we ship. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at zentrivoshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement of the affected item.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to correct an address or fix a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
