Shipping policy

We're committed to getting your Zentrivo order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: [7–15] business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or high demand. While we can't control these, we'll always do our best to keep you informed. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at zentrivoshop@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll try to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zentrivo is not liable for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and reach out to us so we can assist.
